MEGAN'S STORY

Growing up, I experienced the negative consequences of making poor property decisions.

As a result, my family of seven had to rent for many years, which caused immense financial stress and ultimately tore us apart. At just 17 years old, I had to leave home, and I wouldn't wish that experience on anyone.

Today, through the sheer grace of God, I have become a seasoned Real Estate Veteran, property investor, team leader, author, and trainer for Singapore's largest real estate agency. I am happily married to my husband, and together we have a beautiful son.

Throughout my 12 years of real estate experience, I have had the privilege of training over 8,000 real estate professionals on property sales within PropNex, Singapore's largest listed real estate agency.

Personally, I have conducted numerous property consultations with everyday Singaporeans, busy professionals, C-suite executives, and business owners.

In our journey, we have further developed the 4-Step S.S.T.H framework used by high net worth families that allowed us to consistently help everyday families achieve maximum returns when selling their properties, regardless of market conditions, with an impressive 90% success rate over the past 13 years.

Moreover, the properties we have identified have proven to be resistant to cooling measures and recession-proof. With our approach, you can expect not only financial gains but also surplus that can be used to support meaningful causes and ministries close to your heart.

Caleb's Story

During his secondary school days, Caleb competed nationally as the captain of his table tennis team. He also took on various leadership roles, such as being a Boys' Brigade bagpipe major and serving on the student council executive committee. Throughout his tertiary education, Caleb continued to showcase his leadership abilities by serving as a camp commandant.

Caleb's career began as a creative director for a media agency, where he covered a wide range of events including fashion runways, weddings, and corporate functions.

He had the privilege of documenting Presidential ceremonies at the Istana, capturing moments with the late Singapore President SR Nathan, former President Tony Tan, current President Madam Halimah, and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

Over his 11-year tenure as a creative director, Caleb expanded his expertise by establishing satellite offices in Singapore, Bali, and Paris, focusing on areas such as HR, strategy, and process development. Throughout this time, he actively pursued every business opportunity available to study the art and science of direct response marketing.

In 2018, Caleb emerged as one of Singapore's top marketing minds, consulting with SMEs and listed companies to help them scale revenue and make a positive impact on their communities.

Notably, he worked closely with the CEO and Executive Director of PropNex, Singapore's largest listed real estate agency as well as worked alongside minister of foreign affairs, Vivian Balakrisnan among other C-Suite executives on community initiatives for good.

With a background in Film & Media Studies, Caleb now leads the media production and digital marketing team at Homes With Purpose. In his free time over the past two decades, he has served as a bible study leader and a worship guitarist and drummer within the church and alongside parachurch agencies.

Caleb is dedicated to spending Thursdays and Sundays with the ex-offender community, witnessing firsthand the miracles of second chances and restoration.

For Caleb, life extends beyond the pursuit of money and personal success, although those are important. What truly matters to him is making a tangible impact on the lives of others. He acknowledges that his family has played a crucial role in shaping the man he is today, and his faith has been the foundation that has brought him to where he stands now. Caleb believes that without impacting the lives of others, his own life would lack significance.
