It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows; for He gives His beloved sleep. - Psalms 127:2

Hey beloved,

Do you believe that God desires for you to experience deep and restful sleep, even in the midst of life's challenges.

He wants to calm your heart and give you the peace that allows you to sleep soundly.

Think about David—his name means "beloved."

It was David's confidence in being loved by God that gave him the courage to face Goliath and emerge victorious.

Similarly, when you truly know how much God loves you, you can face any fear or obstacle the enemy throws your way with confidence.

The enemy might be trying to fill your mind with anxiety, telling you that healing is out of reach or that you’re going to lose everything.

But when you’re secure in the knowledge of God’s love, those fears lose their power.

Your heavenly Father loves you so deeply that He gave His only Son to bear the burden of your sins.

Because of this incredible love, you can enjoy a close, intimate relationship with Him, filled with His forgiveness, protection, and strength.

When you understand just how much God loves you, you’ll find a deep assurance that He is always there, taking care of you.

Remember, God is constantly watching over you—He never sleeps or takes a break (Psalm 121:3-4).

And as you rest in His love, you can sleep peacefully, knowing that He is handling every concern and working on your behalf, even as you sleep.

So tonight, and every night, embrace the truth that you are God’s beloved child.

May you experience deep, restorative sleep, secure in the knowledge that you are safe in His loving hands.

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for Your amazing love that surrounds me every moment of my life.

Help me to truly understand and embrace the depth of Your love for me, so that I may rest in the assurance that You are always with me, watching over me, and taking care of every detail of my life.

Teach me to trust in Your grace, knowing that I am safe in Your hands. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
